Last week Parker celebrated a year of preschool with 4 of his little friends. We went to Hathaway Park and played games, made a sun visor, presented each graduate with a diploma and T-shirt, and had a treat. It was perfect weather and the kids had a great time together.
We did a "co-op" preschool this year--each week one of the 5 mothers involved would teach preschool at her house and then it would rotate to someone else the next week. The kids learned about many different things throughout the year including apples, birds, pumpkins, fish, shapes, numbers, snowmen, our bodies, our five senses, transportation, clouds/rain, bumblebees, caterpillars/butterflies, zoo animals, and frogs to name a few! We also had a Halloween Party, a Christmas party and a Valentine's Party with another preschool co-op group. The kids loved it and had a great time learning and playing together each week.
Way to go, preschool graduates!!!
